- 13th March: Arrival in Mauritius, Hotel check in
- 14th March: Full Day Conference with lunch and coffee breaks @ Ocean Creek Hotel
- 15th March: Full Day Tour : Port Louis/Pamplemousses and lunch at restaurant Le Fangourin followed by visit of Sugar World museum
- 16th March: GALA Dinner @ Ocean Creek Hotel with live DJ, Entertainment and Special Show
- 17th March: Check out and departure from Mauritius
