We are looking for a dynamic and energetic leader to manage and grow our business in Takoradi. The successful candidate shall be responsible for the effective management of staff, operations, and profitability of the Adansi Travels Takoradi Branch. You shall be responsible for leading our sales drive and attracting new clientele and businesses for Takoradi.

These are not intended to be a complete list of all duties, responsibilities, and/or skills required. Other tasks may be assigned as and when needed.

  • Manage the branch to achieve assigned performance targets
  • Formulate directives of identifying business opportunities in Takoradi and beyond
  • Monitor service performance of staff to ensure professional services delivery
  • Proactively recognize and provide training and development to staff as needed
  • Assist management in developing and communicating overall sales directions and market strategies
  • Assist and advice customers or clients make reservations based on their various requirements budgetary income

Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects (most especially corporate organizations) and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options


  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, travel, tourism, business or any relevant field with a minimum of at least 2 years experience
  • Must be experienced in ticketing and have excellent knowledge in Amadeus or Galileo GDS
  • Certification in IATA or any recognizable travel certifications is an advantage
  • Proven experience of sales and marketing abilities
  • Excellent financial management skills
  • Ability to understand clients travels goals and needs and exceed their expectations
  • Strong project management and decision-making skills
